In a step towards making the customer experience even better, Österlens Kraft chooses Bright Energy to develop their upcoming app. The partnership will begin in autumn 2022 and the launch is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2023.

Continuous development

By taking part in Bright’s White Label solution, Österlens Kraft will be able to save time, energy, and production costs. The result will be a high-quality product that will breathe Österlens Kraft’s brand and reflect its graphic profile. The partnership with Bright also ensures continued development of the app and gives Österlens Kraft access to a support function that is available around the clock.

Through the collaboration with Bright, we will be able to meet customers’ growing needs for digital solutions in the new energy system that is emerging. As a small energy company, we can provide the same customer experience as our colleagues and competitors,” says Håkan Rannestig, CEO of Österlens Kraft

Energy efficiency improvement

The app creates new conditions for communication and contributes to increased transparency toward users. The transparency of energy consumption, which is shown in the form of analyses, forecasts, and smart control, makes it easier for end customers to change their behavioral habits and make their households more energy efficient. Something that benefits both the wallet and the environment.

We are incredibly happy that Österlens Kraft chose Bright’s platform when they now to give their end customers better opportunities for smarter electricity use. Through the app, households will gain better insights and more easily understand, control and manage their home’s energy use and environmental impact, says David Forsberg, founder and CEO of Bright.
