Kraftringen’s journey toward a greener future continues. The company is now partnering up with tech company Bright, whose turnkey platform will make it possible for Kraftringen’s customers to easily monitor and steer their energy consumption toward greener hours of the day.
“We look forward to working with Bright to create a better digital experience for our customers. With the help of Bright’s platform and app, our own capabilities, and other partners, we want to move our customers’ digital experience and digital services to another level, says Magnus Svensson”, Digital Business Partner
Big demand from end-users
The record-high electricity prices this autumn and winter have created a great demand for smart digital interfaces. With the help of Bright, Kraftringen will now be able to deliver a long-awaited product to its customers. The app creates transparency and enables customers to streamline their energy use through smart control, forecasts and analyses. With the help of these insights, customers can then redirect their consumption to hours that are better for both the wallet and the environment.
“We at Bright are incredibly excited to develop and launch a digital platform for Kraftringen and their end customers. This is a journey we will make together and we look forward to working closely with Kraftringen for many years to come, says David Forsberg”, CEO at Bright.
Bright was established in 2012 and collaborates with electricity, grid, and product companies that want to offer their customers the opportunity to control their electricity use. The aim is to maximize the climate benefits of renewable energy sources, reduce costs for consumers and help Sweden’s electricity grid cope with the increased load that electrification entails.
Kraftringen is an energy company with the ambition to lead the development of the energy of the future. They have extensive experience in both electricity trading and electricity networks and also offer services in heating and fiber. By 2025, Kraftringen expects to be a completely fossil-free energy company.
