Bright Energy and EG have joined forces to assist Sala-Heby Energi in developing their new app. The goal of the app is to help end-users better understand, monitor, and control their energy consumption towards greener and cheaper hours of the day. The partnership commenced in 2023.

High demand and positive response

The app was launched to the customer base at the end of Q4 and has already garnered over 3500+ downloads. Credit for this achievement is attributed to Sala-Heby, which quickly reached out to many of its customers with information about the app through its well-planned communication strategy across various channels. Since the launch, the response has been positive, and Sala-Heby looks forward to continued success.

“We are delighted to offer our customers a simple way to keep track of and manage their energy consumption. We wanted an app that is easy to understand and where the customer gets all their utilities and services in one place, which we really feel we achieved”, says Per-Erik Johansson, Marketing Manager at SHE.

Tailored white-label solution

The app clearly reflects Sala-Heby Energi’s brand and supports various types of utilities. This allows each unique user to have a tailored experience according to their individual needs. From electricity trading, electricity networks, and district heating to solar power and electric vehicle charging, customers can easily manage and optimize their energy consumption through a single application.

“We are excited to partner with Sala-Heby Energi and contribute to their ambition to deliver modern and innovative energy services to their customers. By combining our scalable platform with Sala-Heby Energi’s expertise, we can create a seamless experience for customers and help them optimize their energy consumption in a simple and user-friendly manner”, says David Forsberg, founder of Bright.
